SAVAGE FREEPORT LAUNCHES!

Passing on some news posted at the Pinnacle Entertainment site. Looks like Green Ronin is expanding the support for their line. I had Green Ronin has not been performing as well as they had in the past. I guess this is their answer. Here is the news:

Green Ronin have made agreements with several publishers that will allow them to support even more of their games. Their first outside deal is with Pinnacle Entertainment Group, which means Freeport is getting SAVAGE! Green Ronin will be releasing the Savage Worlds Freeport Companion PDF in about a month.
Pinnacle’s own Paul “Wiggy” Wade-Williams, author of the Pirates of the Spanish Main and Solomon Kane RPGs, wrote the conversion and, to quote the Green Ronin website, “he did a cracking good job.” Details of the exact release date will be announced nearer the time.

Pirates of the Spanish Main and Savage Worlds

I saw this and for the first time in years I said "I have to own this." What could be more fun to play than pirates? Savage Worlds is already a really cool game and this just makes it cooler. Some of my old gaming group expressed interest in learning Savage Worlds, maybe it will be a pirate adventure they learn on. Pirate babes everywhere also give their seal of approval for the game.
